Q How long does production take for a standard order?
AStandard orders typically ship within 15–25 days after order confirmation and deposit. Custom orders packaging may require 30 days. Repeat orders are faster because we pre-stage materials for established partners.
Q Can I visit the factory before placing an order?
AYes, we welcome customers to visit our factory. Our factory is located in Zhongshan, Guangdong. Please inform us of your visiting date and contact information in advance, and we will make all arrangements for you.
Q What payment terms do you offer?
AWe accept payment by T/T. Standard terms are 30% deposit, with 70% balance due before shipment. Other terms can be negotiated for long-term partners.
Q Do you handle shipping and logistics?
AOur standard term is EXW (Zhongshan). Under EXW, goods are available at our factory in Zhongshan. Buyers are responsible for all shipping, logistics, customs procedures and related costs. We will prepare all required export documents for you.
