Middle East Custom LED High Mast Flood Light Project
Project Overview
This high mast lighting project in the Middle East is built for large open public area illumination. The client required customized circular multi-lamp high mast floodlight system, which needs to deliver wide-range, high-uniformity lighting for large ground space, while adapting to the harsh desert climate of the region.
Challenges
1. Extreme desert environment: strong ultraviolet radiation, high temperature and sandstorm, the floodlights must have excellent dust-proof, anti-sand and anti-UV performance.
2. Multi-lamp circular layout design, need to ensure each module has stable light output and uniform ground illumination across the whole site.
3. The light modules require a user-friendly maintenance design, high reliability and long service life to minimize frequent on-site maintenance.

1.Adopt modular LED flood lights arranged in circular frame, each light fixture uses die-cast aluminum housing, IP66 waterproof & dustproof rating, special surface coating for sand and UV resistance.

3.Optimized heat dissipation structure, to withstand continuous high temperature working condition in desert areas.

Project Result
After installation, the circular high mast floodlight system covers the whole large open area with bright and balanced lighting.
