All-in-One Solar Street Light Solution for Industrial Park in Thailand
Overview
This project is the outdoor lighting construction for an industrial park in Thailand. The site covers factory buildings, internal access roads and parking zones. The client wanted an off-grid lighting solution without cable laying, to illuminate the whole park at night, improve site safety for workers and vehicles, and cut electricity expenditure. Yiyazhi Lighting supplied all-in-one solar street lights and offered on-site technical testing & commissioning support for this project.
Project Challenges
1. New industrial zone: Most roads were unfinished, trenching and cable wiring would cause extra construction cost and delay. Off-grid solar lighting was required.
2. Tropical climate: Strong sunlight, high temperature and heavy seasonal rain. Lamps must have excellent waterproof, lightning protection and anti-corrosion properties.
3. Security requirement: Bright and uniform illumination for factory perimeter and internal roads to ensure personnel and vehicle safety during night shifts.
4. Stable power storage: Sufficient battery capacity to guarantee lighting performance even on cloudy and rainy days.
