LED Street Light Solution for Park Road in Ethiopia

Overview

This park project is located in Ethiopia, featuring winding forest mountain roads for tourists, joggers and local visitors. The client needed reliable outdoor LED street lighting to upgrade the park roadway, enhance night-time traffic safety, while keeping the lighting design harmonious with the natural surroundings. Yiyazhi Lighting supplied full sets of LED street lights, together with technical guidance and after-sales support for this scenic mountain road lighting project.

Project Challenges

1.Mountain forest environment: large temperature difference between day and night, high humidity. The curved road requires lighting fixtures with high waterproof & dustproof grade and strong anti-corrosion performance.

2. Winding lanes: uniform road illumination is required on continuous bends to ensure safety for pedestrians and small vehicles. Glare control is necessary to protect the natural park environment.

3.Limited maintenance conditions: the lighting system needs long service life and stable performance to minimize maintenance work in remote mountain areas.
