Standard orders typically ship within 15–25 days after order confirmation and deposit. Custom orders packaging may require 30 days. Repeat orders are faster because we pre-stage materials for established partners.

Yes, we welcome customers to visit our factory. Our factory is located in Zhongshan, Guangdong. Please inform us of your visiting date and contact information in advance, and we will make all arrangements for you.

We accept payment by T/T. Standard terms are 30% deposit, with 70% balance due before shipment. Other terms can be negotiated for long-term partners.

Our standard term is EXW (Zhongshan). Under EXW, goods are available at our factory in Zhongshan. Buyers are responsible for all shipping, logistics, customs procedures and related costs. We will prepare all required export documents for you.

Absolutely. We encourage sample orders so you can evaluate build quality, brightness, power supply, and packaging firsthand.Sample cost and shipping fee will be charged. The sample fee can be refunded when your bulk order reaches our required quantityr. Express shipping ensures you receive samples within 5–7 business days.

Standard neutral export carton is included. Custom packaging such as color boxes, gift boxes and private label packages is available at extra cost and subject to relevant MOQ. Please inform us formally before production and confirm the design based on our sample first.

Every shipment is inspected before dispatch. If any quality issues occur, we provide a 2–5 year warranty, with the exact term subject to negotiation. Please send us photos or videos as evidence, and we will resolve your case as soon as possible. We will investigate every claim to prevent similar problems from recurring.
